    机加工部简介： 拥有飞轮生产线3条、飞轮壳生产线1条，制动鼓生产线1条，轮毂生产线1条，包含立式车床、立式加工中心、及车铣复合、滚齿机、立卧一体机，另有齿圈高频淬火系统1套，调质系统1套，退火系统1套等，以保证产品质量的稳定合格。

    铸造部简介：拥有1吨电炉1套，2吨电炉1套，铸造静压生产线一条，消失模生产线一条，以及相应配套的熔炼、清理和制芯等设备，年铸造产能达到4.5万吨，主要以生产HT250、HT300、QT450-10、QT600-3、QT700-5铸件为主。
    检测部简介： 拥有激光扫描仪、美国雷顿三坐标检测仪、X光探伤仪、碳硫分析仪、光谱分析仪、拉力试验机、冲击试验机、金相显微镜、硬度计等全套检测设备，24小时循环不间断对铸造及加工产品轮流抽检，保障产品质量稳定合格。

Machining Workshop

 We operate 3 flywheel production lines, 1 flywheel housing production line, 1 brake drum production line and 1 wheel hub production line. Our equipment portfolio includes vertical lathes, vertical machining centers, turn-milling composite machines, gear hobbing machines and vertical-horizontal integrated machining tools. We are also equipped with one high-frequency quenching system for ring gears, one quenching & tempering system and one annealing system to consistently guarantee stable and qualified product quality. 

Foundry Department Introduction

The department is equipped with one set of 1-ton electric furnace, one set of 2-ton electric furnace, one static pressure casting production line, one lost foam casting production line, as well as corresponding supporting equipment for smelting, fettling and core making. Its annual casting capacity reaches 45,000 tons. It mainly manufactures castings of HT250, HT300, QT450-10, QT600-3 and QT700-5. 

Quality Inspection Laboratory 

Our lab is fully equipped with laser scanners, American Raton coordinate measuring machines (CMM), X-ray flaw detectors, carbon-sulfur analyzers, optical emission spectrometers, tensile testing machines, impact testers, metallurgical microscopes and hardness testers. We conduct rotating random sampling inspections on cast and machined products 24/7 to sustain consistent, reliable product quality.
